Janet Holmes à Court AC is owner of the Janet Holmes à Court Collection | Holmes à Court Gallery, and Chair of The Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA). She is also a Board Member of the State Buildings Advisory Board Western Australia and a member of the Commissioners Circle for the Venice Architecture Biennale.
Ms Holmes à Court is a science graduate from the University of Western Australia and taught science for a number of years before working more closely with family business matters. She has been awarded honorary degrees from several universities, and has been presented with numerous awards, including a Companion of the Order of Australia.
