SUMMARY:Art for Aid: Public Open Day
DESCRIPTION:Art for Aid is a fundraising event to raise much-needed funds for medical and humanitarian aid for those whose lives have been devastated by war. \n\n\n\nA special ticketed event is being held on 25 October (SOLD OUT)\, however the Holmes à Court Gallery @ no.10 will be open to the public on Sunday\, 26 October from 10am to 5pm\, with interactive activities and opportunities to learn more about Palestinian culture. Donation on entry. \n\n\n\n“We are proud to support Art for Aid. The response from the arts community has been deeply moving. Artists give so much of themselves\, and in this case\, they are giving to people facing unimaginable conditions. This is a small but meaningful way to stand with our medical colleagues and the people of Gaza.” Janet Holmes à Court AC \n\n\n\nAll proceeds are going to Perth Doctors Medical Aid for Palestine\, working with charities to support children and their families in Gaza. \n\n\n\nFor all enquiries\, please email : perthdoctorsartforaid@gmail.com \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nCATALOGUE\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nClick HERE to read more about Perth Doctors Medical Aid for Palestine\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArt for Aid cover artwork: Luisa Hansal\, ‘Spells’ (detail)\, 2021\, © the artist.
