We will not pass on any of your information to other parties (without your consent), and we will use our best endeavours to protect your personal information and ensure its accuracy.

Complaints may also be made to the Privacy Commissioner. However in most cases, the Privacy Commissioner will require the individual to have first made contact with the organisation to see if the matter or issue can be resolved.
Online Information
When you visit our web site the Web Server makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:
- Your server address
- Your top level domain name (for example "com.au" etc)
- The date and time of your visit to the site
- The pages you accessed and documents downloaded
- The previous site you have visited
- The type of browser you are using
This information about your use is only analysed on a bulk basis for broad demographic content. It also allows us to improve our web site content by determining which pages are most popular. Individual use is not analysed. When you visit our web site you consent to the use of this information in the manner stated above. If you use our web site to complete any online forms, we will only collect the information contained in that form if you submit it to us. If you log out of the web site, or cancel out prior to submitting the form, the information you had entered will be automatically deleted. If you send us a message we will record your email address. All information will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it.
Security of personal information
Once personal information is collected, it will only be available to those employees with authority to access it. Access levels will be reviewed at relevant intervals to ensure that they remain appropriate. Security will be implemented to ensure that wherever possible, personal information is stored in lockable cabinets or on a computer system limiting access to authorised personnel.
Mailing List
Should you wish to register to receive information regarding our exhibitions and events programme, please complete the form available in the Contact Us section of our site and indicate to us that you wish to join our Mailing List. We advise that all personal information provided by you to the holmes à court GALLERY via this form is collected for the purpose of providing you with information about the Gallery programme.
Destruction of personal information
Subject to any law or legal requirement to the contrary and where practicable, personal information will be destroyed or de-identified when no longer needed. Personal information required to be kept in archived records will generally be destroyed seven years after archiving (both hard copy and electronic). Applications for employment and resumes sent to the holmes à court Gallery will be kept on file for a period of three months at which time the resume and application will be destroyed. Access to electronic archival records is limited to authorised users only and personal information will only be retrieved as permitted by the NPP'S.
Disclosure
The Heytesbury Group does not sell personal information to third parties.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that a web site transfers to an individual's hard drive for record keeping purposes. The cookie assigns you an ID that allows our server to recognise you when you return to the web site. The holmes à court Gallery uses cookies in relation to collecting web usage statistics, as discussed in the 'online information' section of this statement.
